A simple search and you can find information about amenities like parking, laundry, elevators and more. Locate your desired suite type; bachelor, one bedroom, two bedroom and even three bedrooms apartments. Also refine your search by rental price to fit your budget.

How to Apply

1. Find the property and suite that suits you using our online search.

2. Contact the Leasing Agent listed on the building page—they will initiate your tour of the property and rental application.

3. Complete the application online and upload the required documentation:

   • Two valid government-issued photo IDs

   • Proof of income (pay stub, employer letter, bank statements, or Notice of Assessment)

   • Application deposit equal to one month’s rent in certified funds (Money Order). If your application is approved, the deposit applies to your first month’s rent; if not approved, the deposit is refunded in full.

4. Expect a response from our Rental Office within 1-3 business days once the application and documents are submitted.

5. When your application is accepted, you’ll be contacted to schedule signing of the lease. First month’s rent is due when the lease starts. A refundable key deposit is required at lease signing. This deposit ensures that the keys are returned at the end of the tenancy. 

A guarantor (co-signer) may be required if an applicant does not qualify independently. This person would be responsible in the event that the resident defaults on their lease obligations. If the resident fulfills their obligation, the guarantor's position is never implemented. A guarantor is asked to complete a Rental Application and will be listed on the Tenancy Agreement (lease) in addition to the tenant.
